Other: ON WEST 3RD STREET, AT THE INTERSECTION OF 3RD & FRANKLIN, THE CROSS-WALK BUTTON IS GONE. THE LITTLE POLE IS STILL THERE BUT THE DEVICE IS GONE. PLEASE FIX AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THAT IS A VERY BUSY INTERSECTION BECAUSE IT'S A TURN TO GET TO SEVERAL RESTAURANTS & HOTELS. BUT ALSO, PEOPLE LIVE AROUND THERE WHO NEED TO GET TO THE BUS-STOP ACROSS THE STREET. THANKS

I forwarded the complaint to INDOT staff managing the I-69 construction project. This section of 3rd Street is under their control at this time per a road transfer agreement due to INDOT's project.
