Other: I live in the Bryan Park area (1412 S Henderson) and have noticed a rat in my side yard/alley near my house. My traps are not proving successful, and I am wondering if anyone in pest/control can help. I am concerned about this rat breeding and causes more issues for my neighbors and I. I also am a dog owner and although my dogs are up to date on their vaccinations, I am concerned about possible diseases the rat could be carrying. Thank you.
