Other: In the morning from 7-9 the traffic gets extremely backed up on Kinser Pike coming from the North, the neighborhoods and the school buses from the High School. The left turn signal, to turn on to 45/46, is extremely short, less than 10 seconds I would say, and then it's extremely hard to turn left on green as there are lots of cars coming across the intersection. Is there any way to make this turn signal longer for at least those 2 hours in the morning? Traffic is sometimes backed up all the way to the Skate Park, which is on a curve so that is very dangerous. You round the blind curve and all of a sudden there is stopped traffic.
