https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=161091 Neil Kopper contacted Mark Hazelbaker Hi Mark, thanks for submitting this uReport regarding striping on Morton St. It appears that Morton didn't actually have a yellow centerline painted before it was resurfaced, which is why it was not replaced. In general, centerline markings are optional for lower volume, lower speed roads like Morton and typically left off in order to reduce the City's maintenance burden.
