Thank you for submitting this uReport regarding the traffic signal at 10th and Union. I've discussed the issue with the City's signal staff and they are working on the issue. At some point in the past some of the equipment at this intersection was destroyed in a crash and the replacement equipment doesn't allow it operate how we would like. They are working on updating the signal equipment to allow that capability again.
