Other: Alleyway between The Atlas and German American bank at 209 S College could use some attention. The alleyway has heavy foot traffic with people waking to the Back Door and Blackhouse Bar at all hours of the night. The picture included is of a large trip hazard at the entrance to the alley on College Avenue.
