Other: Hi, Yesterday, I parked in the 4th St garage. The fee was only 25 cents, but the machine would not accept quarters, they kept dropping into the basket, so I inserted a one dollar bill. I didn't get any change back and the receipt says "short amount: $0.75, go to the operator for a refund". I know it's only 75 cents, but how do I get my 75 cents back? Thanks.
