Other: 17th st west of roundabout to Fountain, speed limit signs; westbound two 25mph, eastbound two 20mph one 25mph. wbound traffic goes from 25 to 20 with no signage, if you drive 3mph over at 28, you will be clocked at 8mph over when u pass 20mph signs facing eastbount traffic.
