Other: I am writing to request a deer crossing sign at the intersection of Highland and Thornton due to a family of deer and the recent death of a fawn from being hit by a car.

Research and experience around the country has shown that installing these signs does not actually reduce collisions with deer. The City of Bloomington has stopped installing and replacing these signs.
