Other: Debris on sidewalk: Malibu and/or Opie Taylors dump waste water out their back door, in the alley on the back/eastside of the building. It runs down the alley, and across and down the sidewalk. I've meant to complain many times over the winters when it's created ice. Today it is a slick sludge of wet leaves that was slippery even though I was super aware and careful.
