Traffic Signals: Request

Email: In morning particularly, around 7:45a, the timing of the traffic signal at Walnut and Grimes often causes a backup in the northbound lanes of Walnut all the way to Hillside, due to people trying to turn west onto Grimes. Is it possible to re-time this signal? Thank you!
