Other: Pedestrian crossing buttons on pole at E 3rd & Woodscrest light inaccessible to power chair due to soft surface (mulch) between sidewalk and pole. This is a common type problem with, for example, grass surface between walk and poles at Country Club & S Rogers, or sheer dropoff between walk and button at Kinser & 46 (yeah, "tell it to the State." -- why won't you?)
