Traffic Signals:

Other: The traffic signal at E Convenantor and College Mall Rd is still going through its whole cycle late at night without ever allowing traffic to come in form the west side of the intersection: The light never turns green as the signal goes through its whole cycle. I reported this a couple of weeks ago, but the problem still hasn't been fixed. I just experienced it again this evening, Sat. 10/7.
