Other: The street light at the end of the cul-de-sac on the left turns on for 1 minute, turns a funny color, then turns off, all night turning on and off, I think something is wrong with the bulb, as I doubt it's motion censored and the bulb turns a funny color. Pretty sure it's not a private light.
