Other: Residents at 2526 S Rogers St Bloomington, In 47403 have at least 2 of their 4+ cars and trucks consistently parked fully on the sidewalk that borders their property on Ralston. They're essentially using this sidewalk as a parking lot / repair area for their vehicles. This is not a temporary occurrence but something that is observed on a daily basis for many months.
