Other: I have been trying to pay water bill online for quite some time today and every time I do it says runtime error. This has occurred on two laptops and a cellphone, wifi and cellular data. I will check again tomorrow but I wanted to bring this issue to someone's attention. Thank you.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 2 days have already passed.

Hello Melissa, My name is alan schertz and I have been assigned your ureport submitted ticket #161581 form the website feedback u-report appliction The subject was that the "pay your water bill Utitilities web site" was throwing an error when you repeated tried to pay a bill. I apologize for the web site should not be giving this type of response. When I recieved your ticket I did try to pay my own water bill via the site and it was working again when I tried at that time. I am reaching out to you to try and get additional details. What day and approximate time(s) where you experiencing this "outage"? What water account # were you trying to pay for? (I could not find a active water account in your name) The ureport ticket has your name as "Melissa Kipatrick", is this the correct spelling? It might be easier to call my cell at 812 360 2909. Bottom line is we like to "close the loop" with these tickets, but we can only do that if we somehow get feedback from you. I guess possibly you just wanted to let us know of the problem, I am curious if you were finally able to pay your water bill. Called Melissa and left my cell number to try and gather addition information. (called on 2017-10-17) No reply as of 2017-10-19
