Other: storm sewer has collapse - at least 3 years ago - causing excessive loss of lawn. I had to have my sunroom jacked up & have the back yards in our ares are getting steeper & steeper. The manhole cover is washed off nearly every rain leaving the opening uncovered. The flooding is getting worse & worse, and something needs to be done. The subdivision is trying to work with City, but it really has to be take care of before we start losing our homes.

Phil, reassigning this case to you. Alice didn't list the location in her report; however, the only Cloutier we have in our billing system is a Donald Cloutier at 3716 E Tamarron Dr.... probably is this location. According to GIS, their home is built directly up against, nearly into, a drainage easement.
