A work order has been generated to correct this issue. As weather and schedule permits we plan on starting the corrects early this summer.
Other: It has been over 2 years since the City was here and proclaimed the storm sewer that drains in my back yard had collapsed. Since that time the ground level has lowere by several inches, and the flooding gets worse with each storm. The City website says they provide storm sewers. I would like to know when this problem will be taken care of. I had to have my sunroom jacked up and have lost all of the gravel that had been put there - 3 times before being aware of the problem, and twice after being told it was "fixed". PLEASE respond as I have had no response to my phone call.

This project will require moving materials and equipment across multiply yards. Additionally, concrete construction material needs temperatures to be above freezing for optimal results. Consequently, this job will need to wait for warmer, dryer weather. We plan on starting this work as soon as weather permits.
We have completed a design for this project. We can meet and coordinate a plan. We'd like to reuse some manholes we have at WT if possible.
CBU is going to work with the Property Management company at Tamarron to try to fix the issue. CBU is concerned the private storm problem could compromise our sanitary sewer, which is already developing a significant sag. So CBU will repair our sewer line and add a new storm line to replace the old failed line. A schedule for the work is not known at this time.
I called and talked to Alice and told her we were investigating this still. I have a meeting with Legal to discuss this next week.
Phil, reassigning this to you.
