Mr. Eckert,
Thank you for submitting your report about the street light outage at 555 Atwater Ave. The outage has already been reported to Duke Energy on 9-27-2017 and additional complex repairs are required. I have sent an email asking if Duke can give us an estimated repair date. I will update any information I receive pertaining to this outage on uReport # 161819.
