Other: regarding case #161814 the situation at 2600 w 3rd st has become even worse. he has added on a huge red advertising poster on the front of the building about 9'x5' claiming to be the "best". also, regarding the red plastic letters i mentioned before that are affixed, i thought the same words were on all 3 sides, but now i noticed the west side of the building has extra words. i see the case indicates "assigned to brad jackson" so please let him know that if he had already looked at the building, to please look again, since it is now even more garish. thanks
