Other: Deer Park Management is charging residents at The Boulders $15.00/1,000 gallons, despite telling tenants they are only passing along the same costs as the city. Who can I speak with about this illegal activity?

Spoke with Derek via phone. Gave him number to the IURC. He wants to call them and make sure they are not over charging the tenants. It is a master meter, and the landlord has sub metered each unit to read each month and bill tenant accordingly.
