Thank you for reporting the outage at 4th and Rogers. This outage has already been reported to Duke Energy on 11-13-2017 and they have responded with additional complex repair work is required is required. I also noticed that there are two other outages on each side of this light on 4th street needing additional complex repair work. I will update uReport 161944 with any further information I receive from Duke.
