Duke Energy work order # 26632138 & uReport # 161962 states:
The outdoor light repair you recently reported is still in the process of being repaired. Additional work is required that will extend beyond our normal 5 day repair time. Please allow up to 10 additional days for the repair to be worked; we will update you once the repair has been completed.
