Other: Zoning/compliance/planning/permitting issue? 4317 E. Morningside Drive. Surely not allowed to have huge chainlink fence with barbed wire on top in residential neighborhood at house next to park? If nothing else is not allowed by Park Ridge East neighborhood covenants/land restrictions, limiting 6 foot max. Extra barbed wire topper in excess of 6 ft max. Please measure and inform. Unsafe, unsightly, and unresidential. Old fence was nice small picket.
