closed: Can't Fix #161973

Other: A tree question but didn't see category. House at 4011 E Morningside has big dead tree trunk in corner of yard. Branches were cut off. Anything the city can do to cut down the rest of that trunk? Even if just a stump is way better than current.

According to Streetview and GIS, this tree is on private property and outside the City right-of-way.
