Andrew,
The street light outage has already been reported to Duke Energy on 11/28/2017. The site states: "Routine repairs will be completed within 3 to 5 business days. More complex repairs sometimes may take up to 10 additional days. " I will update uReport # 161975 with any further information I receive from Duke Energy.
