Other: 312 N. Park Ridge Road - new fence is super close to the road all around front and side of home. Super ugly and bad for property values. This allowed? Also please check land restrictions. Is this violated? PARK RIDGE EAST PART ONE land restriction: “No fence, hedge or shrub planting which obstructs sight lines at elevations between 2 and 6 feet above the roadways shall be placed or permitted to remain on any corner lot within the triangular area formed by the street property lines and a line connecting them at points 20 feet from the intersections of the street lines . . .”
