Trails:

Other: concerned with Fence around solar panels at Winslow Trail. If you are putting barbed wire across the top, I don't think you are putting in a tall enough fence at location just north of baseball field. Due to elevation of the trail vs top of fence barbed wire will be to low, chain link fence needs to be 2 ft taller, then barbed wire.

Hi Anita: I am not sure if I totally understand the concern but I think I can get close with providing this information. We cannot have a contractor or anyone else put barbed wire on top of a fence in any of our parks. So this fencing would have no barbed wire. It is chain link and it isn't really designed to be so tall as to stop any person from climbing the fence if they really want to climb a fence...it is designed from any animals, children, mowers, etc. from getting too close to the solar panels and the wires that connect them to the electrical feed back to the building. Hope that helps. e-mail me if other questions if you want..turnbulj@bloomington.in.gov
