Other: Hello, I wanted to ask where Bloomington is at with setting up a community owned internet service provider. I have not heard about it in the news lately and was wondering if there were any updates. This issue is especially important to me after the FCC's vote against Net Neutrality. I believe community owned internet would be a great step in the right direction. Thank you.
