We have experienced a great deal of people who have lost water service to their house due to the cold. It is important to keep the house at an elevated temperature, to open cabinets that front a water line, and to keep a fixture or two trickling water.
Due to the increased volume of no-water calls in the past 72 hours, I have placed your address in a queue of houses reporting no water. A serviceperson will come by and check to make sure the meter is providing water to your system. If the meter is frozen, we will thaw the meter and replace it in the pit, hopefully this will restore your water to you.
I will comment on this case as the work order comes in.
