We took this case when the trampoline was in the right-of-way, it has since been relocated out of the right-of-way. This site has a few trash complaints, I'm assuming this can be combined with them. We went by yesterday and saw two yellow notes on the front door of the house.. possibly vacant?

Staff visited site on 2/8/2018. Trampoline has been moved from right of way. Case will be transferred to HAND.

Staff visited the site to document the violation on 1/26/2018. A notice of violation warning was mailed to the property owner and tenants on 1/26/2018. The letter explained the violation, prescribed remedies for compliance, and a date by which compliance must be met. We hope to get the issue resolved quickly.
