No way to contact the person who raised this issue to ask for clarification. Wasn't sure if this had to do with a sidewalk curb cut or a wooden ramp being built. We went to the location and can't find anything being built or put in. Tried to talk to the Leasing Office, but it was closed for the day. Without more info, seems unlikely we can do anything on this one.
