Traffic Signals:

Other: Traffic signal does not give west bound or east bound traffic enough time at West 3rd and Frankin, by McDonalds.10 cars back and fifteen minutes later you get to turn is awful. Lights are not synced correctly. Light will be green for the 37 exit north bound but red for the West Bound traffic. Can this be corrected soon it has went on for too long now and is causing major traffic problems!
