The backdoor is not locking now (I have tried) and inside it's a mess with evidence of trespassers using the house for various activities. BPD has visited the house three times in the past 60 days due to the back door standing open. With the weather and trespassing occurring at the I address, you need to get the owner's attention to lock it up and also care for it in a consistent manner. It has evidence of being abandoned. Also evident are the two waste and recycle toters at the front door - never touched by the homeowner. An advertisement that the house is vacant. Has BPD contacted you for enforcement help? Have driven by the property. The doors and windows are closed. Does not appear to be occupied. HAND will monitor the structure.
HAND can check for possible unsafe structure and other violations. Not all items may be actionable.
