Serviceperson met with customer, found meter running at 2.5 GPM. Owner shut off valve in house, meter stopped running. There is a significant leak somewhere beyond that valve, customer will call a plumber to sort it out.

1:16pm = David Lampke called back, we scheduled a meet for 1pm tomorrow (2/8/2018) so he can shut off valves to different areas and check for movement on the meter.

1:02pm = Left message on voicemail for David Lampke at 812-325-7112 about a uReport he sent in. Used advanced search function in NWS to find his address and created a CFL work order, placed on serviceperson's number.
