Street Lights:
Other: New mandatory stop at B line trail crossing on West Country Club drive. Bad, inefficient installation will cause traffic backups all the way to S. Walnut, already a problem. The warning lights should be installed facing the trail not the road – lots of cars, particularly at rush hour, every day, all hours, but very very few trail users. CC drive is a main cross-city route - so why stop all the cars every time when no trail users are there? Bad logic.
