Drainage or Runoff: Complaint

Walk In: Complaining about 3 inches of mud in front of his apartment. He's following up from a prior complaint about this location, when he claims that he was told that an environmental study would need to be done before it could be cleaned up, but that it wasn't a priority.

A 2nd case, #163253, involving this citizen and this location was created the day after this one. Following are some details: After looking at GIS and seeing this location is at a high point, and water would drain away from the property and intersection, and because the case wasn't specific as to exactly where the issue was, on 2/21, I called Sarge Management Co (Tara) to find out if they might have some issues on their property. They didn't know of any issues. I called Mr. Lenahan to get more information. He was very belligerent and unhappy with my questions to gain more information. When I inquired who told him this would require an environmental cleanup, he angrily said, "I admit it, I made that up," adding he was trying to make a joke. I explained I was only trying to gather more info to help fix his issue. I didn't realize someone from T&D had talked to him until he told me. I'm closing this case, and it is being handled through the 2nd one made on 2/21. I contacted Elizabeth Walter in the Mayor's office to follow up w/her and inform her of my conversation w/Mr. Lenahan.
