Water Utility Billing Problems:

Other: We received an extremely high water bill this past month. I was on the phone with someone from the Utilities department and they explained to me that out meter was running high from 2/1 and then by 2/18 it was back to normal. During that time we received no notification that we had our water was running high and we even had a plumber come out but it was a day after our meter went back down. I want to know if our meter can be re-read to make sure it is running accurately and to get our bill readjusted because I will not pay a $800 water bill.

Spoke to Olivia. She was going to contact her landlord about possibly helping pay the bill for February. Offered to help set up a payment arrangement, if needed.
