Phone Call: Mr. Lenahan called to report major flooding at the corner of Hillside & S. Madison behind the Community Kitchen (closest cross point to reference). He says that the intakes seem to be stuck. He would like to be updated consistently as the project progresses.

Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 6 days have already passed.

No storm structures at this location. Street did use their street sweeper to clean the muck from the curb line. Notified Mr. Lenahan.
