There is very little that can be done here short of redoing the whole street with and curb and inlets and purchasing permanent drainage easements. The homes are built below the road grade and the natural flow of water goes passed the homes. There is no existing storm infrastructure to connect to and the low point where the stormwater goes natural is through private property. This could be part of a bigger project someday but there is nothing we can do currently to improve the situation.

We are going to see if we can ditch on the northside of the road to intercept most of the flow before it crosses to the southside of the road.

We have reviewed the area in concern and found that a lot of the homes along West Graham Drive were built lower than the road. During times of heavy rains flooding can occur in the front of these homes. We will suggest to the Street Dept to place an asphalt curb along the south edge of W. Graham Drive to channel the storm water away from the front of the homes.
