Other: Large pool of water at 908 S. Larkspur Lane, Bloomington. There is no drainage. (I could not choose location on your map because every time I try to zoom in it zooms all the way out to whole globe view. Also, I couldn't upload photo because you don't allow uploaded from phone gallery. Only option it gave me was upload from Box app and that wouldn't work. Y'alls website sucks)

CBU supervisor has had the storm grate cleaned off. I could not notify the customer, as the Ureport was anonymous.

Kathy, reassigning this case to you. We have storm inlets right at this location's driveway, so they may be clogged; however, they didn't say where the pool of water was, exactly.
