Duke Energy has assigned work order # 27548861. I have made them aware that the light was never fixed properly from the previous uReport # 162030 and their work order # 26663454.

Duke Energy has given work order # 27548861 for your uReport # 163356 on the outage at 2664 S Isabel Ct. that was never repaired from their previous reports (Old work order # 26663454 & uReport # 162030.)

Work Order # 162030 Duke Energy work order on 12-13-2017 was 26663454. Last reported the light and Duke sent email it was fixed 12-18-2017 but the light was never repaired. Light still flickering on and off at the end of their cul-de-sac.
