Left 2 messages for Alex to call our office. He has not returned my calls. Will not be able to assist with his bill due to it being a running toilet. He was advised of this with the 2nd call to him.
Other: Hello, last month I received a water bill of incredible cost due to my apartment having a major leak in one of its toilets we were unaware of until the bill had arrived. Our property manager and his maintanence team was able to resolve the problem and the proof that is in the attached image. I am wondering if there is any possible way to have a reduction in its cost! Thank you.
