Other: Hi There I'm normally not one to complain, especially about a city in which I love and have been apart of since I was a small child. However, the traffic situation on west 3rd street, primarily on the overpass of 37, has reached a point that is nonsensical. This morning, 3/20/2018, the overpass was down to one lane while no one was working on it. It took me 35 minutes to drive .2 miles and caused me to be late to work. I'm all for keeping the infrastructure of this city up to date, but when it takes me 35 minutes to drive a 1000 feet for no legitimate reason, that's when I have a problem. They have been working on the bridge for what seems like 6 months now without much improvement. I hope to see some improvement soon. Sincerely, Greg Lovig
