Other: The left turn arrow to turn on Franklin Road lasts literally two seconds. You cannot get more than 2-3 cars through it, even if everyone is paying attention. Meanwhile the light that lets motorists turn left out of the movie theater area, stays green for what has to be 1-2 minutes, and there is never anyone sitting there. I know we need to be patient with the construction, but the bridge is backed up bad enough as it is, without having the stoplights not synchronized correctly. Thanks in advance for your time. -Dominic
