Mick,
Lee inspected this tree last month. His comment:
The tree in question at Stull and Maxwell (mature Hackberry) was looked at and I could not determine the amount of live crown material at his time. The person requesting the tree be removed commented on high number of broken branches falling. This can be common with the mature species. I would like to wait to see how the tree leafs out before deciding to remove it. I should be able to determine this in early May. Until then, the tree will be continued to be monitored.
