Other: Referring to #163692, they never filled up the pothole near the ECC sign on E Second Street, even though the case was closed. In the meantime, a number of, some large, potholes have appeared again on the South side of E Second, and past the ECC sign on the North side. If the pothole-filling truck could drive once from the intersection of High and E Second to Woodscrest, and then back from Woodscrest to High Street, they could fill up a whole bunch of potholes.
