You asked me about my problems and the same day sent help to (1) fix the wheels of the recycle bin and (2) to fix the mail box and attach it firmly to the stand (the base of the mailbox is broken but that's not creating any problems; moreover, it was a day of constant rain and there was no way to address that) Overall, I am thankful and satisfied. Based on past experiences, getting something done at home has been a real hassle. So, the expectations were about long delay and repeated requests and so on. So, I really appreciate the courteous, prompt and professional service.
