The crest of the hill on Woodlawn is creating the sight distance challenge, not the bush. This uReport was submitted anonymously, so I am not able to report findings to the member of the public.
Other: When turning out of E. Wilson St. onto S. Woodlawn Ave., it's nearly impossible to see oncoming traffic from the north because of a large yew bush close to the street. The bush is in the southeast corner of the lawn at the second house north of the intersection. It was difficult to see when the bush was small and has only gotten worse.

I know you do the line of sight issues. I was in the area and checked it out. According to GIS the bush is right on the ROW line in the corner of their property. There is the crest of a hill to the north also. I'm not sure how much having the bush gone would help.
