Other: Hello, I live at 2102 S. Rockport Rd. and I noticed this morning that the stop sign by our house had blown over during all the storms last night. The stop sign is for Duncan Drive, when turning onto Rockport Rd. There is also a short yellow pole close to the street & stop sign, that I think belongs to the city. It has wires sticking out of it, I assume it's something to do w/ utilities? I'd love to have a cap or something done, since it looks unsafe. Thanks so much!
